Enter your corporation’s name or NEQ. The report shows the compliance grade, the missing declarations year by year, the estimated fees, and the date from which the Registraire may strike the corporation off.

Hand it over
You sign a representation mandate online. It authorises us to file your declarations with the Registraire and nothing else. You can revoke it in writing at any time.

We file the annual updating declaration and the current updates. Every deadline recorded on your file is watched, and you get a notice before it falls due.

Registraire fees, 2026 published schedule, re-verified every January. The real amount is confirmed on filing. These fees are paid to the Registraire and come on top of our own.

- We change nothing on the register without your written confirmation.
