MonNEQ is a private corporate compliance service. This page says who runs it and what data it works from.
Why the service exists
We have been filing Registraire declarations for our own corporations for years. The work is short, it comes back every year, and it slips easily between two deadlines. The counter calls nobody.
So we built the machine that tracks the deadlines and files the declarations for us. It now runs for other businesses, on the same published prices and the same written mandate.
